Director Bryan Singer has issued a statement in response to the sex abuse allegations against him, calling them “outrageous, vicious and completely false.” Singer adds that he will not participate in the promotional campaign for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Variety reports that Singer has denied the allegations, put forth by Michael Egan, “who alleged that he had been coerced into sex in California and Hawaii in 1998 and 1999,” at the age of 15, and again at 17, along with being forced to inhale cocaine.
